I am a nurse, I am 33 years old and I strongly advise you to stay away from this agency.
They are just clowns.
After several skype talks and many reassurances from them and after they presented me with the future job as idyllic, I decided to move to the Netherlands. I leave my home in Rome, I move and I go to live in Zutphen, a town about 40 minutes from Amsterdam.
The aforementioned Care Casters proceeded to find me a home (in the same building w here I worked) and a job that was to be about 128 hours a month in a facility for the elderly.
As soon as I started working everything seemed to be ok but after a few days the problems started. The structure was poured into dirt, the doctors non-existent and elusive, the patients were always left alone, they cried, complained of the lack of care and attention. I found myself working with 40 dependent patients totally alone, therefore without having the material time to really help the elderly. I was forced to do things quickly, the patients were often dirty, with feces and urine everywhere and in all environments, they fell or got hurt and I didn't have the material time to help them because in the meantime 10 other people called me. In addition to nursing work, I had to clean the rooms and wash the dishes. From what should have been 128 per month, the hours became 160/170 per month (network always paid in the same way). I tried to speak to the facility personally but nothing changed, so I asked Care Casters to take care of this thing, because all the nurses worked in very bad conditions and with very big problems. In response, Care Casters, instead of solving the problem, proceeded to fire those who complained, including me, forcing me to leave the house they had given me in 30 days. I therefore found myself abroad, alone, without support, without help and with yet another move to deal with.
I therefore invite all nurses to BEWARE of this agency, which has proven to be not very serious, not very reliable and with the sole purpose of taking advantage of foreign nurses to earn money.
