    Lamentable. Me estafaron cobrándome una atención en ruta cuando el desperfecto fue generado porque EL VEHÍCULO LAMENTABLE que me dieron, se quedó sin batería. Llamé al teléfono que me dieron (902152898), me dijeron que lo mandaban sin costo y luego que me fui de España, me cobran 120 Euros sin derecho a réplica. Les mandé correos diciendo que NO CORRESPONDÍA, ni me los contestaron. Una estafa, nada recomendables. (Contrato 275516, reclamación No. 77031997).

    ABSOLUTAMENTE imposible que esta gente coja el teléfono. TRECE llamadas, todas ellas dentro de su horario laboral, CERO éxito. Buscaos otra empresa de alquiler de coches mejor.

    I booked a reservation in May for October, I arrived a day early and waited until the next day to get my car. 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time I received an email from them claiming I canceled my reservation, ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! I still went to the terminal to see if it was a mistake, turns out that they had no vehicles. The young man that attended me said that this had happened before to other customers and there was nothing he could do, he just sat there with a dumb look on his face … – show

    Realice una cancelacion de la reserva desde el 7 de Septiembre 2022 y a hoy 5 de octubre 2022 no he tenido el reenbolso.. he estado llamando pero nadie responde..

    They won my loyalty as my local rental office a year ago now, and I’ve been going back ever since. It’s the service that separates them. Always going above and beyond. Here is just one example — I left my wallet in the car, full of cash. They emailed me letting me know (because truthfully I didn’t notice, as most of my credit cards are on the back of my cell phone). When I came to get it, all the cash was there.     Una experiencia muy mala con su atención. Ayer intente entregar mi coche antes del plazo solicitado, para hacer esta devolución me intente poner en contacto con ellos con mas de 10 llamadas en las que solo salta un contestador. Después lo intente con su servicio de atencion al cliente, totalmente lamentable, desinformados y que no saben gestionar una pregunta tan facil como ¿Puedo entregar el coche en el enterprise de Plaza castilla o algun otro enterprise a partir de las 19.00h? unos que si, ot … – show

    Buena atención y servicio. Lástima que el encargado de cobrar el servicio paso 3 veces la tarjeta, entraron 3 pagos, me devuelven uno y hace dos meses que nadie se responsabiliza por devolver el segundo pago de 840 euros extra. Llame por teléfono, envié correos y nadie me da una respuesta, hasta me han cortado el teléfono mientras les explicaba mi situación. Lamentable!
    Ahora vamos por la vía legal, carta documento y una denuncia en el Consumidor.

    Nuestro contacto con esta rentadora fue a través de Luxevan, nos proporcionaron un auto con 30 km. o sea impecable. Hicimos un giro gde por España sin ningún inconveniente, los recomiendo ampliamente. Los precios son muy razonables con respecto a las que tienen más promoción (que no debo mencionar aquí).

    Buscando el vehículo que necesitaba,enterprise fue el más económico y además al llegar donde te Dan las llaves me dieron un vehículo de categoría superior.

    Service from Juan was great! The car was good. As for the location, the only thing to know is that you have to take the stairs down to the parking garage under Plaza de España.

    Sin duda, es la mejor oficina de Enterprise en la que he alquilado vehículos. La atención es perfecta, siempre con una sonrisa. Y, en cuanto a los coches, jamás he tenido ningún problema con ellos. El trámite es rapidísimo. Te devuelven la fianza enseguida. Para mí, un diez. Seguiré alquilando en esta oficina. Son encantadores.

    Llevo bastante tiempo alquilando coches en esta oficina y el trato es especial. Si el coche que has solicitado no lo tienen, te entregan uno de categoría superior sin coste adicional. Además, la localización de la oficina es la mejor. Seguiré trabando con ellos.

    La atención muy buena y los coches también. Si alquilan allí pidan un teléfono directo ya que cuesta mucho comunicarse
