    Liked: Stunning location. Was intending to stay for a day or so and ended up there for 5.
    Very helpful staff who waited for me to arrive late because of the ferry delay.
    A hiking/climbing paradise.
    Nice restaurant terrace…Did a much better fry-up brekkie than the ferry!
    20 minute walk into town with all the shops you could need.

    Disliked: Because of hilly location the motorhome pitch definately needed blocks…and then some.

    Es un camping ideal para familias,los apartamentos muy limpios con todos los detalles para poder estar cómodos,la terraza con vistas impresionantes,la atención de los trabajadores buenísima. Un sobresaliente. Desde aquí se pueden visitar muchos puntos cercanos como impresionantes cuevas,Cabarceno,Santander,Bilbao…imposible aburrirse. Repetiremos

    This is a gem of a site. Tucked away in a rural setting but within level walking distance along the river to the local town Ramales where there is a good sized supermarket and plenty of bars etc. My understanding is that this is the first season under new management and it certainly hasn’t disappointed. I am assuming it was the new owner that greeted us at reception. His English is excellent and he couldn’t do enough for the visiting campers.     El camping nos pareció espectacular!
    Muy bonito, cuidado y agradable.
    El personal genial y en el restaurante se come muy rico y bien por un precio bueno.
    Si volvemos por esa zona repetimos seguro!

    We arrived late due to vehicle problems.The reception stayed an waited for us and although the restaurant was closed the staff catered for five of us with hot food.The rooms were rustique and comfortable.when we awoke we were treated to some amazing views that we were not aware of as we arrived in the dark.
    A place I would highly recommend with warm and helpful staff who went the extra mile for us thank you

    Wir sind spontan für eine Nacht auf den Campingplatz La Barguilla, am Ende haben wir noch eine Nacht verlängert. Der Platz und die ganze Anlage sind super gepflegt und gemütlich. Auch die Appartements, Sanitäranlagen und das Restaurant sehen super gepflegt und sauber aus. Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich (vom Besitzer?) empfangen. Der Check-in ging super fix und unkompliziert.     Liked: The location was great and within walking distance of the local town and caves. The site is small but perfectly appointed. Has everything you need with spectacular views onto the mountains. A fabulous restaurant that serves delicious evening meals and a super helpful reception staff who spoke perfect English. Would highly recommend this camp site for those seeking a really authentic camping experience!

    Disliked: Everything exceeded expectation.

    18€ con acsi sin luz. Camper+2 adultos.
    Parcela con sombra y árboles, sobre tierra. Se necesitan calzos para nivelar.
    El restaurante muy bueno y con precios adecuados. El entorno precioso con posibilidad de dar paseos por el río.

    Muy recomendable. Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable. Las instalaciones muy limpias. ¡Ojo! Cuando se deja la carretera CA-261 el camino es bastante estrecho, y al pasar el puente no olvide girar a la izquierda.

    Un camping genial en un entorno idílico y propietario muy amable, las instalaciones geniales. Estuve el fin de semana pasado por motivo de un Campeonato de España de Bicicletas mtb y en relación a dos opiniones sobre familias con niños he de decir que el comportamiento del propietario fue totalmente adecuado. De hecho yo llamé a la recepción por motivo de vecinos en parcela colindante con música alta tipo pumba pumba la cuál por la hora no debe causar molestia pero si por el volumen llamándol … – show

    Un camping como pocos. La zona de acampada libre es preciosa, un mini bosque para disfrutarlo. Tienen zona para soltar a los perros muy apañada. Las duchas no tienen regulador pero salía caliente y a buena presión. La atención fue estupenda, muy amables. Y uno de los puntos más positivos: lavadora y secadora sin coste que, además, funcionaban perfectamente.
    Me encantaría repetir.

    La ubicación buena, el personal muy agradable, los bungalows para unos días muy confortables,por ponerle una pega, no puedes subir las persianas porque están las caravanas pegadas.
