    Been training here for about 5 months now. The trainers are knowledgeable, really care about what you need, and push you but don’t pretend they’re drill sergeants.

    I’m very happy with my progress and don’t see why others wouldn’t be too if they trained here.

    I think they offer an affordable 1-time assessment, so IMO, anyone who’s considering a trainer should give them a shot.

    I absolutely adore this gym. Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are extremely good, a feel you have worked hard at the end. Everyone that goes is really friendly. I love it.
